| Description | The experimental data of miRNA microarray were obtained from breast cancer cell lines MCF-7, ZR-75-1, MDA-MB-231 and CAL-51. MiRNA chip was used to detect MCF-7, ZR-75-1, MDA-MB-231 and CAL-51. There was no mycoplasma contamination in these cell samples. |
