1Summary
Title H0-3-Characterization of Physiological, Histological, and Transcriptomic Analysis during Etiolation-induced Adventitious Root formation in Tetraploid Robinia pseudoacacia L. Micro-cuttings
Description Tetraploid Robinia pseudoacacia is a hard rooting tree species widely cultivated in the most regions of China and propagated through stem cuttings. In the present study, the morpho-histological, physiological, and transcriptome approaches were used to analyze the etiolation in the micro-cuttings. The micro-cuttings under subsequent light treatment were significantly promoted root primordia with a series of founder cells division and elongation of the interfascicular cambium adjacent to vascular tissues.
