| Description | Tetraploid Robinia pseudoacacia is a hard rooting species and vegetatively propagated through stem cuttings. The etiolation process has successfully promoted adventitious rooting and stimulating signaling-related genes in Tetraploid R. pseudoacacia stem cuttings. However, the role of specific miRNAs and their transcripts during etiolation-induced adventitious root formation in-vitro conditions has never been revealed. The present study aimed to uncover if miRNAs and their transcripts were implicated during etiolated adventitious root formation using Tetraploid R. pseudoacacia micro-shoot cuttings. |
