Description | In the present study, we applied G&T-seq to study DNA genome and mRNA transcriptome of human pre-implantation blastocysts simultaneously. The purpose of the study was to describe mRNA transcriptome characteristics corresponding to different chromosome status, and whether transcriptome can be used to identify chromosome copy number variation. In addition, we compared transcriptome profiles of TE samples between aneuploids and euploids for the purpose of exploring specific markers inferring the developmental competence of pre-implantation embryos. |
