Figure 2. Each of the Three OsMYBS Genes Is a Single-Copy Gene in the Rice Genome. Rice genomic DNA was digested with EcoRI (E), HindIII (H), and PstI (P) and subjected to gel blot analysis. OsMYBS1, OsMYBS2, or OsMYBS3 gene-specific DNA was used as a probe for hybridization of each of the three blots, which were prepared in parallel. Molecular mass markers (in kb) are shown at left.
