lines indicate N-terminal signal peptide, a distal heme-binding domain&lt;br /&gt;
(I), a central conserved domain (II), and a proximal heme-binding&lt;br /&gt;
domain (III), respectively. Arrowheads and arrows indicate eight&lt;br /&gt;
conserved Cys residues which form a disulfide bond network and three&lt;br /&gt;
His residues involved in the acid/base catalysis and hemestabilization&lt;br /&gt;
