Analysis of gene co-expressiong between TAA/TAR, endosperm related YUCCAs and OsTDC1 and its orthologues.OsYUC9 is always co-expressed gene.The table bellow was downloaded via PLEXdb (http://www.plexdb.org) , and it is about RMA nomalized expression data from reproductive tissue in microarray expriments OS5, OS32, OS8 (rice), AT40 (Arabidopsis thaliana) and ME1 (Medicago truncatula), the pearson correlation coefficient (r) and slope were calculated in Excel and used to derive the statistical significance of the correlation[1].
