Annotated Information

Function

Please input function information here.

This gene possesses most of the key protein functions of ABA-related genes and it is the common ancestor of many species such as A. thaliana, Arabidopsis lyrata, Populustrichocarpa, Oryza sativa, Selaginella moellendorffii, and Physcomitrella patens. In two species (A. thaliana and O. sativa), duplicate genes related to ABA signaling pathways contribute to the expression variation in different organs or stress responses.1 Twelve ABA receptor orthologs named OsPYL1–12 in Oryza sativa (OsPYLs) are identified. OsPYL1 corresponds to Os10g0573400 which is showed in the following chaters.2
