Function
研究人员从水稻籼稻品种93-11中克隆并鉴定了控制水稻籼粳分类的基因并将其命名为PHR1。转基因功能互补实验证明PHR1是区分水稻籼粳分类的基因。在水稻中抑制或过量表达PHR1,得到具不同抗病虫害能力的转基因水稻,表明可以利用基因工程技术调控该基因从而调节植物抗性。
Researchers from indica rice variety 93-11 cloned and identified in the control of indica japonica rice gene and its named PHR1 classification. Genetically modified (gm) function complementary experiments show PHR1 are classified to distinguish indica japonica rice genes. PHR1 inhibit or excessive expression in rice, get different disease-resistant ability of transgenic rice, that can make use of genetic engineering to the genes that regulate plant resistance.
