RT-PCR analysis of two tiller angle–related genes andOsPIN1expression level in wild type (WT), O1 and O2.OsActinwas used as a control. The amplification ofOsLazy1(a), OsTAC1(b), OsPIN1(b) and OsActin(c) transcripts was performed from total RNA isolated from the shoots or roots of the 60-day-old WT, O1 and O2. The RT-PCR products were resolved on TAE 1.5% agarose gel. The amount of products was compared at 35 cycles for OsLazy1, 33 cycles for OsTAC1, 30 cycles for OsPIN1(b) and 25 cycles for OsActin. The bar graphs represent the relative expression of OsLazy1, OsTAC1andOsPIN1(b) normalized to the OsActin, estimated by relative quantification of the PCR products resolved by gel electrophoresis, respectively. Values are shown with mean ± standard deviation (n= 3)
