Annotated Information
Rice at reproductive stage is more sensitive to environmental changes. Os01g0112400 plays a role in response to heat stress.
Function
In the rice genome, transporter family genes are grouped into 4 distinct types: ATP-dependent transporters, secondary transporters, ion channels, and unclassified transporters. As a gene related to sugar, peptide, amino acid and other metabolites transport, most genes are heat-induced or identified as HR genes. While OsTIP4;1(Os01g0112400) and OsTIP4;1(Os05g0231700) were continuously late elevated during heating in rice panicle . the reason is still unknown.
