BIG Search

BIG Search is a scalable text search engine built based on ElasticSearch (a highly scalable open-source full-text search and analytics engine based on Apache Lucene). It features cross-domain search and facilitates users to gain access to a wide range of biomedical data, not only from NGDC databases but also partner databases throughout the world.

ERBB2-EGFR signaling pathway:
description: receptor (EGFR/ERBB1) on the surface of a cell, followed by transmission of the signal by a heterodimeric, complex of ERBB2 and EGFR. ERBB2, which does not bind any known ligand, is activated through, formation of a heterodimer with another ligand-activated ERBB family member such as EGFR.
type: ERBB2-EGFR signaling pathway
Shc-EGFR complex:
description: A protein complex that contains the epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) and the adaptor protein, Shc, and is involved in linking EGFR activation to the p21-Ras pathway.
type: Shc-EGFR complex
Grb2-EGFR complex:
description: A protein complex that contains the epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) and Grb2, and is, involved in linking EGFR activation to the p21-Ras pathway.
type: Grb2-EGFR complex
EGFR-Shc-Grb2-Sos complex:
description: A protein complex that contains the epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR), Grb2, the adaptor, is involved in linking EGFR activation to the p21-Ras pathway.
type: EGFR-Shc-Grb2-Sos complex
EGFR-Grb2-Sos complex:
description: A protein complex that contains the epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR), Grb2 and the guanine, nucleotide exchange factor Sos (or an ortholog thereof, such as mSos1), and is involved in linking EGFR activation to the p21-Ras pathway.
type: EGFR-Grb2-Sos complex
ERBB4-EGFR complex:
description: A heterodimeric complex between the tyrosine kinase receptors ERBB4 (also called HER4) and epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR/ERBB1).
type: ERBB4-EGFR complex
EGFR:ERBB2 complex:
description: growth factor receptor (EGFR/ERBB1). ERBB2, which does not bind any known ligand, is activated, through formation of a heterodimer with another ligand-activated ERBB family member such as EGFR.
ERBB4-EGFR signaling pathway:
description: receptors EGFR (epidermal growth factor receptor/ERBB1) and ERBB4. The pathway begins with binding of a

alphaV-beta3 integrin-EGFR complex:
type: alphaV-beta3 integrin-EGFR complex
Grb2-Shc complex:
description: epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) activation to the p21-Ras pathway.
