Description: | HumanViCe provides the users with the potential ceRNA networks in virus infected human cells that are instrumental in fine tuning of gene expressions to aid the host defense against viruses. HumanViCe curretly ghouses a total of 144 viral miRNAs encoded by 10 viruses known to infect human cells, which target 6,257 human lncRNA transcripts (with GENCODE 19 as the reference) and 1,277 human circRNA transcripts. It calculates a ceRNA score for each potential ceRNA pair to show the likelihood for them to act as ceRNAs. |
