General information

URL: https://ibl.mdanderson.org/tanric/_design/basic/main.html
Full name: the atlas of noncoding RNAs in cancer
Description: TANRIC is an interactive open platform to explore the function of lncRNAs in cancer. It comprehensively characterizes the expression profiles of >12,000 annotated human lncRNAs over 8,000 tumor samples of ~20 TCGA cancer types, and non-TCGA large-scale cancer RNA-seq data are also included. TANRIC allows for querying of the expression profile of user-defined genomic regions, and Interactively analyzing lncRNAs of interest with other TCGA genomic/proteomic/epigenomic and clinical data.
