| Description: | HGMT is a database specifically designed to analyze, explore, and visualize gut microbiomes from various tumor types. HGMT has uniformly processed metagenomic data of 18,630 stool samples from individuals across 37 tumor types. Core functionalities of HGMT include (i) curation of metadata for gut metagenomic datasets; (ii) annotation of multi-kingdom taxonomic and functional abundance; and (iii) evaluation of gut microbiota for tumor diagnosis and immunotherapy prognosis. |
