Cell-cell communication network between HSPC and niche cells

To investigate the cell-extrinsic regulation of HSPCs, we constructed cell-cell communication networks across various stages and species using our stage-specific atlases within the Hematopoietic References module. Specifically, we identified the cell types with the top two highest numbers of interaction pairs with HSPCs as the “dominant regulators” for each developmental stage.
