iSheepa curated database of sheep variants and phenotypes

iSheep uses Genome Browse to visualize several data types, including the Oar_v4.0 reference genome, SNPs, INDELs, genes, transcripts, and the density information of variants. Users would need to choose tracks or regions of interest in the Select Tracks menu. e.g.: "6:85,255,099..85,255,240", input chromosome, start and stop position with ":" and ".." as separator.
