Abstract

The isolation of 24 strains of gram-negative bacilli from eye infections is discussed. The primocultures were obtained at an incubation temperature of 25 and 30 degrees C, but never at 37 degrees C. These observations show that we have to look for these germs at 30 degrees C in every case of eye infection.
