Abstract

The establishment and conduct of an enterostomal therapy education program is predicated on the firm belief in quality care for the patient with a stoma, on utilization of the registered nurse E.T. assigned in the Department of Nursing for delivery of service to stoma patients, on professional and administrative support, and on an appropriate educational climate.
