Teenage pregnancy: an unresolved issue.

Abstract

Teenage pregnancy is a problem in our society and presents great difficulties for the young mother, her family and her future. Forty-six pregnant teenagers were interviewed by the researcher in regard to the educational levels achieved by themselves and their partners and their knowledge of contraception: 35% of the sample still were attending Primary School.
