TCOD uses the Genome Browser to visualize multiple data types, including genome sequences, genes, SNPs and InDels. After selecting 'Species' and 'Genomes' in the drop-down box, click on 'OPEN TRACK SELECTOR', users can choose tracks or regions of interest to view the infromation.
