TCOD, is a comprehensive multi-omics data platform for tropical crops, provides data service for selective breeding and trait improvement research of tropical crops. It serves as a valuable resource by integrating a wide range of data, including genes, genomes, variants, expressions, and cultivars. In addition, TCOD provides a series of online tools for data mining and visualization to facilitate cross-species investigations.
TCOD is developed and maintained by National Genomics Data Center (NGDC), Beijing Institute of Genomics (BIG), Chinese Academy of Sciences and China National Center for Bioinformation (CNCB). The genome sequence and variations of cassava are provided by Institute of Tropical Biosciences and Biotechnology, Chinese Academy of Tropical Agricultural Sciences (ITBB-CATAS) and Hainan University (HNU). And the genome sequence and variations of rubber tree are provided by Rubber Research Institute, Chinese Academy of Tropical Agricultural Science (RRI-CATAS).
Licenses TCOD is free for academic use only. For any commercial use, please contact us for commercial licensing terms.
