The Homolog Finder facilitates quick homologous gene searches via gene ID and function, while also enabling flexible cross-species genome selection for efficient identification of orthologous and paralogous genes within chosen genomes. Once you click on the small square in the heatmap, a list of homologous genes between the two selected genomes is displayed.
