Open Histopathological Image OpenHI [Open Histopathological Image] is an open source framework that support viewing and manipulation of histopathological images known as whole-slide images (WSI) for digital pathology.
Introduction
OpenHI is an open source platform for development of digital pathology. OpenHI can:
- Annotate with different level of gradings. For example (G1, G2, G3) or (0, 1)
- Provide different sizes of pre-defined segmentation segments with superpixel segmentation algorithm .
- Fluidly view the whole-slide image from different vendors. Thanks to OpenSlide
- Provide option to create a list of focused region.
- Provide accompanying slide information parsed from GDC XML format.
