TXM（Tumor Xenograft Model）Database Software to manage, analyze and visualize Tumor Xenograft Model data

Introduction

TXM (Tumor Xenograft Model) database is a comprehensive data analysis platform for bio-medical researchers. It provides comprehensive and standardized bioinformatics analysis service based on patient derived xenograft model (PDX) of head and neck cancer, structural and standardized collection and management for PDX model, phenotype, genomics and drug-screening data.
