DVsc an automated framework for Detecting Viral infection
Introduction
DVsc is an open-source framework for the precise quantitative analysis of viral infection from the single-cell transcriptomics data. The DVsc supports FASTQ format as input and is compatible with multiple single-cell sequencing platforms. Moreover, it could also be applied to the sequences from bulk RNA-sequencing (RNA-seq) data.
