Description To reveal the mechanism of crest cushion formation, we generate a chromosomes level Chinese Crested duck genome and a draft Chinese Spot-billed duck genome by NGS and Pacbio platform. To explore the candidate genes of crest cushion, we GWAS the 274 indidvuals from F2 population cross by Chinese Crested duck and Cherry Valley duck.
