描述信息 The chromatin dynamics and mechanisms in Cancer stem cell (CSC) reprogramming are not characterized. Here by mapping binding of CTCF and Cohesin, we found that CTCF-cohesin hubs are changed in CSCs. We further uncovered TLK2 involved in CTCF-cohesin hubs reconstruction. The functional assay demonstrated that depletion of TLK2 strictly inhibit the formation of cancer stem cells and reduced the chemotherapy and immunotherapy tolerance.
