Description To reveal the evolution, speciation, gene flow and pan-genome of Raphanus, we de novo assembled eleven genomes covering all of the typical sub-species and varieties of domesticated, wild and weed radishes, coming from east Asian, south Asian, Europe and America, using single-molecule sequencing, BioNano optical mapping and high-through chromosome conformation capture (HiC) technologies.
