Title |
Immune Cells Landscape of Sexual Dimorphism and Aging by Single-cell transcriptomic analysis |

Description |
Differences in immune function and responses contribute to life-span disparities between sexes, which also contain the different cellular plasticity in response to aging. However, the sexual dimorphism and cell plasticity influenced by aging remain elusive. We profiled circulating immune cells obtained from males and females both in young and old group at single-cell resolution and constructed a precise atlas of human blood circulating immune cells. |
