Description We sequenced the genome of rubber tree cultivar CATAS8-79 and assembled 300 contigs (1.55 Gb) into 18 pseudochromosomes with contig N50 = 11.58 Mb. The comprehensive analysis of the population divergence and domestication by the genome-wide deeply re-sequencing of 335 wild and cultivated accessions.
