Based on the core scientific issue of "LSC molecular mechanism of proliferation and differentiation", this paper clarifies the stem and specific regulatory mechanism of LSC by defining the transcription factor group that determines the characteristics of corneal epithelial cells with Pax6 as the core, and develops the transformation technology system of LSC functional epithelioid stem cells, so as to obtain corneal epithelioid stem cells that can replace LSC. |
