We have sequenced one south China tiger genome with PacBio sequencing of depth 50.96 x and with shotgun sequencing of depth 421.55 x ,followed by Hi-C data yielded an assembly at chromosome level. Besides, we have sequenced 29 other south China tiger genomes of average genomic coverage15.6-fold. |
