描述信息 Genomic alteration can reshape tumor microenvironment (TME) to drive tumor malignancy. However, it remains unclear how PTEN-deficiency influences microenvironment-mediated cell-cell interactions in glioblastoma (GBM). Here, we show that PTEN-deficiency induces a symbiotic glioma-M2 macrophage interaction to support glioma progression. ScRNA-seq data analysis reveals Gal-9/Tim-3 mediated interactions between glioma cells and macrophages.
