Description This project aim to elucidate the key regulatory mechanism of pluripotent stem cell directional differentiation into functional cells like leydig cell, and explore the interaction between stem leydig cell and male germline stem cells.The maintenance and reconstruction of male fertility can be achieved in primate models by transplanting pluripotent stem cell-derived stem leydig cell, which provides support for the feasibility of using stem leydig cell to reconstruct male fertility in clinic.
