Description |
we conducted scRNA-seq integrated with cell surface antibody sequencing for peripheral blood mononuclear cell (PBMC) samples from primary TB patients and healthy controls (HCs), to systemically decode TB-related functional variation of blood immune cells. Furthermore, the findings would be validated in both an independent cohort and public datasets to ensure the robustness of results. The exploration at the single-cell scale might revolutionize our understanding to the crosstalk between host and MTB and potential novel targets for TB prevention, diagnosis or treatment. |
