Title Spatial Transcriptomics for developing mouse brain
Relevance Model organism
Data types Exome
Transcriptome or Gene expression
Organisms Mus musculus
Description Here, we collected mouse brains at embryonic days E13.5, E15.5, E16.5, E17.5 and neonatal day P0 from wild-type C57 stain. The spatial transcriptomics libraries were constructed by using 10X Genomics VIsium Spatial Gene Expression Reagent kit, and the Nova-seq PE150 platform was used for sequencing. Two biological replicates were performed for E13.5, E15.5 and E16.5, and two technical replicates were performed for E17.5 and P0. The uploaded data include the raw sequencing reads and corresponding hematoxylin & eosin stain (H&E) images.
