Description We assembled de novo high-quality reference genomes of twenty-one cyprinid fishes from five subfamilies using HiFi PacBio long reads. Combined with the high-throughput chromosome conformation capture (Hi-C) reads and specific subgenome markers, we also generated three subgenome-resolved allotetraploids from three tribes.
