Glioblastoma (GBM) and brain metastasis (BrM) are the most common and lethal central nervous system (CNS) cancers in human. These CNS cancers are highly heterogeneous. This project uses single-cell sequencing and spatial transcriptomics to profile the tumor cells and the microenvironment in human GBM and BrM, and aims at decoding the crosstalk inside the tumor to help identify potential targets for better handling of these lethal cancers. |
