Based on previous experimental findings, we observed the anti-tumor activity of CXCR6+CD8+ T cells. Moreover, putrescine, a substance that can be produced by both host sources and the gut microbiota, plays a significant role in colorectal cancer (CRC). To clarify the characteristics of CXCR6+CD8+ T cells in DSS-induced colitis and their association with intestinal putrescine, we established a model and randomly obtained three colons from each group to extract lamina propria mononuclear cells (LPMC) for single-cell sequencing analysis. |
