描述信息 Neuronal intranuclear inclusion disease (NIID) is a neurodegenerative disorder caused by GGC repeat expansion in the NOTCH2NLC gene. Using CRISPR/Cas9 technology, we performed gene editing targeting these GGC repeats in both human neural progenitor cells (NPCs) and NIID mouse models. Subsequent RNA-seq analysis compared transcriptional profiles between edited and unedited models, as well as normal controls.
