| HRA003245 (Controlled Access) | Premature ovarian insufficiency (POI) is a major cause of female infertility due to early loss of ovarian function. Yet a large proportion of POI cases are idiopathic, with multiple lines of evidence supporting a genetic basis for pathogenesis.
