HRA003540  (Controlled Access) Juvenile-onset recurrent respiratory papillomatosis (JORRP) is a rare disease in children, caused by human papillomavirus (HPV) type 6 and 11. At present, it is believed that the high recurrence rate of JORRP is mediated by compromised anti-viral and anti-tumor immune responses. While the host pathogenic genes and the immune evasion mechanism of HPV promote its persistent and recurrent infection remains unknown. In this study, we intend to carry out multi-omics joint analysis of the genome transcriptome and proteome landscapes of tumor tissue and peripheral blood in JORRP by whole exome sequencing (WES), single-cell transcriptome profiling (single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq)) and mass cytometry. The aim of this study is to investigate the disease-related pathogenic genes, to identify tumor subtypes, to screen the potential markers of diagnosis or prognosis for disease, and to explore the cell subsets and gene expression profiles of pathogenic or functionally deficient immune cell in tumor tissue.
