| HRA005846 (Controlled Access) | Adrenal incidentaloma, the most prevalent type of adrenal tumors, exhibits marked heterogeneity, giving rise to divergent clinical outcomes. This study aims to elucidate the heterogeneous tumor progression characteristics of adrenocortical and medullary adenomas. To achieve this, we employed single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) to construct a comprehensive transcriptomic atlas comprising 49,057 individual cells obtained from 12 donors. The dataset encompassed various subtypes, including cortisol-producing adrenocortical adenomas (CPA), aldosterone-producing adenomas (APA), pheochromocytomas (PCC), and paragangliomas. |
