A retrospective analysis was conducted on clinical and follow-up data pertaining to 1705 patients diagnosed with acute ischemic stroke, who sought medical attention at yangpu hospital between September 2016 and October 2020. we screened a total of 133 candidate SNP loci and 5 genes requiring whole exome sequencing from four aspects: genes related to stroke susceptibility, genes related to the efficacy of stroke medications, low-density lipoprotein risk genes, and genes related to stroke prognosis. We chose PCR amplification sequencing technology to genotype the target regions on the entirety of the blood samples. |
