描述信息	Adjacent thyroid tissues were dissociated using Collagenase II and Dispase II, with optional DNase I treatment based on viscosity. Following RBC lysis and viability check (AO/PI), dead cells were removed as needed. Cells were washed and resuspended at 1x106 cells/ml in RPMI1640 containing 2% FBS.
