Sample name 24hpi
Title 24hpi
Sample type Plant sample
Organism Medicago truncatula
Description After legume roots encounter rhizobium, rapid changes in gene expression occur in the first few hours that prepare the plants to turn off defense and form a symbiotic relationship with the microbe. This important step of symbiotic perception has yet to be studied at single-cell level in plants. Here, we applied single-nucleus RNA sequencing to characterize roots of Medicago truncatula at 30-min, 6-hour and 24-hour after nod factors (NFs) inoculation.
