Signature comparison tool is invented to help users find the relevant diseases of interested genes across CVD Atlas

Signature comparison tool will display:

• A network demonstrating the associations among interested gene, disease and dataset
• A table displaying the relevant diseases and the number of overlapped interested genes
• Another table showing the details of each association.

Here, signature is defined as differentially expressed gene.
