In the present study, we applied 3 single-cell RNA sequencing technologies to define the transcriptomes and status of CD45+ immune cells in the peripheral blood and synovial tissue of four healthy controls, seven ACPA-positive and seven ACPA negative RA patients.
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
