Resetting histone modifications during human prenatal germline development
Release date:
2020-07-19
Description:
In this study, we map the genome-wide profiles of three key histone modifications H3K4me3, H3K27me3 and H3K9me3 in human primordial germ cells (hPGCs) from weeks 8 to 23 of gestation for the first time by performing ULI-NChIP-seq to provide a unique roadmap of core histone modifications during hPGC development, which helps to elucidate the architecture of germ cell reprogramming in a hypomethylated DNA environment.
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
